SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to PopArtFusion.com. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for shipping your orders. Please read it carefully to ensure you understand our terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. 

1. PROCESSING TIME

We aim to ship your order within 5 business days. However, due to the nature of our products and their high value, it may take longer and up to 10 business days before your order is dispatched. This is because our products are stored in a number of high-security warehouses to ensure their safety.
 
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our primary shipping partners are DHL and UPS. However, we reserve the right to use any other company that may offer a more suitable transport method for a specific product. 


3. SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping to customers located in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. For all other locations, we charge an applicable shipping fee as determined by our logistics partners. If you believe the shipping fees are quoted too high, please email us at hello@popartfusion.com and we will look into your query. 
 
4. TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices quoted on our site are inclusive of taxes and duties for customers in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. For all other locations, taxes and duties will be added during checkout. If you encounter any issues with the automated pricing on our website, or if you believe there is an issue with the rates used, please email us at hello@popartfusion.com and we will investigate the matter further. 

 

5. ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY METHODS

We can offer alternative delivery methods upon request. Please feel free to contact us, preferably by email at hello@popartfusion.com, and we will be happy to assist you. 
 
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking code and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during the checkout process to receive this information. 

7. ESTIMATED LEAD TIMEBelow are examples of lead times from placing your order to delivery, based on our standard processing time and the shipping services offered by DHL and UPS: 
  • DHL Express Worldwide: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • DHL Economy Select: 2-5 business days after dispatch (Europe), 4-6 business days after dispatch (rest of the world)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days after dispatch (Europe), 4-6 business days after dispatch (rest of the world)
Please note that these are estimated lead times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. 
 
8. REPORTING DAMAGES, ISSUES, OR DISCREPANCIES
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after delivery. To report any issues, please email us at hello@popartfusion.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos. We will promptly address your concerns and work with you to resolve the issue. 
9. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES
Shipping Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the original purchase price, minus any shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the item value.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
